CME Impact / Solar Watch Nov 23, 2011

Solar Update: A sharp jolt on Earth's magnetosphere at 07.44 UTC yesterday appears to have been caused by a Halo coronal mass ejection released from the solar corona back on November 20th. Solar activity remains low with the largest flare in the past 24 hours being a C4.9 from active region 11346.
