Watersprout appear in sea near city of Dubrovnik threatening the big cruiser and other ships. After 20 minutes the sprout dissappear. This was just one of the trouble that hit Croatia on Friday. Severe thunderstorm claim 4 lives after lightning strike in Bjelovar city. Lightning struck the community’s house for older people after severe storm.
Area around Rijeka and Pula was hit by strong torrential raind with gusty winds wreaking havoc in traffic and pulling trees. In Gospic and Gracac hailstorm caused lots of troubles. And in Gorski Kotar area snow felt. And on the all peaks above 800 meters the snow cover was visible. The traffic on few spots was stopped because of strong “bura” winds closing important bridges and coastal roads. (Jutarnji.hr)
