UFO Craft Plunges into Water In Russia

Is it fact or faked it seems to be well done if it is faked. In the slow motion version you can see the steam come up from where it impacted the water, as if it were incredibly hot, maybe from entering our atmospere at a high speed from space. Then you can see the shape of the object traveling under the waters surface before it shoots back up into the air.
